Comprehensive Report and 1 Year Plan of Action: An independent assessment of organizational equity, inclusion, and workforce systems that evaluates current practices and translates findings into a structured implementation plan for leadership, HR, talent acquisition, and key stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in workforce diversity, retention, inclusive policies, and employee experience.

  • Talent Acquisition Assessment: Evaluation of recruitment, hiring, promotion, and talent pathways to identify opportunities for equitable access and advancement.

Founder & CEO

Muhammad Humza Khan is the Founder and CEO of Inclusion Maine, which organizes the Inclusion Maine Conference, a state-wide multi day event on attracting racially diverse professionals to Maine’s workforce and meet business demands around talent shortages. Inclusion Maine also provides select services on recruiting, consulting, and organizational assessments with the mission of improving workforce diversity and inclusion.

Humza’s background is in DEI, HR, and workforce development. He has professionals experience working in education, healthcare, nonprofit, and municipal government, including in Maine’s rural communities.
