The Inclusion Maine Conference is an educational experience designed to improve talent retention and recruitment in Maine. Through this experience, HR Professionals, Business Executives, Nonprofit Leaders, and Government Officials learn about the best strategies, meet community members seeking employment, connect with workforce development resources, and join a network of leaders across Maine improving Inclusion.

Maine’s Population is Changing: Over 130,000 people from racially diverse backgrounds, an increase of 81.1% from 2010 to 2020 (Census Data) and 60,000+ people from the LGBTQ+ community live in Maine.
Enormous Economic Impact: A remote worker making $100,000 per year who relocates to Muncie (Indiana) brings $83,000 in new economic output each year (MakeMyMove).
