Building Inclusive Connections. As Maine’s communities become more diverse, effective communication is essential across diversity. This course covers the importance of inclusion and diversity, focusing on enhancing listening skills and appreciating different perspectives. Participants will explore the concepts of equity and inclusion, internal and external diversity, and the nuances of cultural differences. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with tools to navigate cross-cultural interactions with empathy and understanding.
